Do they allow off-topic non-car posts? I see they have a “Tribe Leader” which is worrisome. I know Oppo has mods and they’ve been involved in a few kerfluffles but they’re generally low profile.

I agree with the scatter fear. Like many societies in history were forced to do. (I don’t want to conflate our situation with serious and real events like ethnic cleansings , just a thought that popped into my head.)

Yes, a Tribe is usually an open platform that members can post whatever they want. There’s an Oppo Tribe which I figure would be the same content as it is here on Kinja. There are community managers that act like mods, but never really over content posted

Agreed. I’ve been here 10 years or so. Sn210 is a big part of DT and he’s helped us over a LaLD. I’m confident he’ll take care of us.

Definitely, that happened when we shifted Live and Let Diecast too. Some of our guys just never liked the platform and stayed on our Kinja page, others went off to do their own thing elsewhere. We gained a ton of new people though!
